The room was excellent! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was well-maintained, and the amenities were complete. I especially appreciated the free gallon of drinking water—such a thoughtful and convenient touch! The location was also a huge plus since it’s within walking distance of SM Trece, making it very convenient for dining, shopping, and other essentials. The host was very approachable, kind, accommodating, and responsive throughout our stay. They made sure we were comfortable and were quick to assist whenever we had questions or concerns. Overall, it was a wonderful and hassle-free stay. Great room, convenient location, thoughtful host, and excellent value for money. Definitely highly recommended, and I would happily book this place again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Such a cozy and welcoming place, especially during the heavy rain and strong winds. Perfect for a little hibernation with free Netflix, HBO, and Prime! The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly kind and accommodating.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hope Residences! The room was absolutely perfect for the family—the kids slept soundly thanks to the freezing cold AC, and they absolutely loved the strong Wi-Fi. My personal favorite was the huge TV with easy Netflix access! Plus, being so close to the mall made everything incredibly convenient. Huge thanks to the staff for assisting us. Highly recommended!
