I booked this stunning place, and while it truly was beautiful, there were a few deal breakers for us. PROS: - Nestled in the mountains with breathtaking views of the turquoise ocean! - The staff were incredibly friendly! Everyone was fantastic and welcoming! - The infinity pool was gorgeous. - I really enjoyed the peaceful vibe and tranquility of the entire place! - They offer a shuttle service to Kamala and Patong, although it’s somewhat limited. CONS: - We reserved the Spa Pool Suite, which came with a wraparound pool, sauna, and hot tub. When I reached out to the hotel to confirm if the bathroom was indoors, they assured me it was. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, which was a major letdown. Phuket's heat made using an outdoor toilet quite uncomfortable, especially for someone like me who tends to need the bathroom several times at night. - The shower was also outdoors, which added to the inconvenience. Showering in the heat and then having to step outside for the bathroom was not ideal and made things quite sweaty. - Be prepared for stairs! This place is perched at the top of a mountain. I counted over 30 steps we had to navigate daily just to get to or from our room, plus more than five flights just to reach the lobby for a taxi or Grab. - Getting Grab transportation from the hotel was tricky. It’s about a 10-minute drive up and down the winding road, and some areas are poorly lit. This made it tough to secure a ride, and when we finally did, drivers would sometimes drop us off unexpectedly. This was disappointing, especially since we’ve been to Phuket for the past six years and haven’t encountered this issue elsewhere. When we arrived at the airport and told the taxi driver we were headed to “Paresa,” he immediately reacted with, “oh no!” and expressed his dislike for the drive to the hotel. - The twisty, dimly lit roads made us rush back to the hotel before nightfall. - The hotel provides a cart to shuttle you between your room and the lobby. The catch is that they only drop you off near the restaurant, which means we had to take an elevator and climb two more flights of stairs just to reach the front lobby for our taxi. The hotel was stunning overall. But given the price per night and several deal breakers, we probably won't be coming back.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The stunning views from our room and the pool were absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable, and the facilities offered were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms, refreshing pool, reliable Wi-Fi, and the panoramic view. The location was convenient, although walkability could be improved. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this property for its value for money, cleanliness, staff, and facilities

숙소, 조식, 풀장 뭐 하나 빠지는 것 없이 최고로 만족스러웠습니다. 다만, 위치가 번화가랑 조금 멀고, 숲속에 있는 호텔이다 보니 개미가 나와서 아쉬운점이 있었어요. 그래도 직원들의 친절도가 10000000점이라 재방문의사도 1000000%입니다.

The view was amazing from our room. However, there was a staff who was unfriendly and rude to us whilst we were dining during breakfast. That ruined our stay.
