Park Land Suites & Restobar

clean and realiable

Okay sana yung stay, sa check in time lng ako medyo na off kasi ang naka lagay dito sa app pag book ko ng room standard check in time is 12:00 pm then pag dating ko dun ang sabi ng staff is 2:00 pm daw ang standard check in nila, so medyo dissapointed ako ng nalaman ko yun then pag mag early check in daw ako may charge na 300+ pesos, and then the standard check out is 12:00 pm. for solo travelers that needs a place to stay in for just 1 night and 1 day I can't recommend this place (this is my opinion) lalong-lalo na for those on a budget, kasi kapag my errands ka in the morning and hindi mo madadala lahat ng gamit mo, talagang ang nasa isip mo lng ay kung aabot kaba sa standard check out time nila kasi kung hindi dagdag bayarin sya. Okay sana yung rooms malinis and cozy naman sya talagang dito lng ako ng off sa standard time for check in and out nila ako na dissapoint nag hintay pa talaga ako ng almost 3 hours para hindi madagdagan yung babayaran ko pag check in ko

Location is good but quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the toilet. No lavatory and the toilet smells a bit. Also, the lines and towels were so old. Although, staff were so approachable and accommodating, but then facilities are still old. Not a go to place for me.
