• 객실별로 간이침대 사용 가능 여부가 다릅니다. 선택한 객실의 투숙 가능 인원 정보를 확인하시기 바랍니다.

• 0세부터 1세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 2세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• - Damage deposit RM 200.00 is required and will refund the next check out day before 12pm.

• - Please take a photo to owner after you have put back the access card and key into the mailbox when the check out.

• - Earlier check in and late check out will be CHARGE RM 50.00 per hour. The check out time is based on the time owner receive the check out photo.

• - No smoking allowed inside the house, who have violate will be charge RM 300.00

• - Damage or Loss cover access card, wire keychain and access card will be CHARGE RM 100.00

• - Damage or loss the room key will be charge RM 50/pcs

• - Please keep the house clean and remove the rubbish before check out, if not, the fee of RM 20 will be charge. Big trash can have in the behind the mailbox room.

• - Who cause any clog in the sink kitchen or toilet will be charge RM 300

• - You need to change a dry clothes after swimming, if not, the fee RM 200 will be charge.

• - Please be considerate at night, keep loud noises to any minimum

• - No events and parties allowed

• - No pets allowed
