In the center of Nadi town, clean room and facilities. One night was good

Elevator has been down for ages，no breakfast as described，very poor customer service，super noisy met door Night club. It's quite cheap but not worth it. the owner insisted me to pay through other currency to escape tax/ website service fee. Not recommended by if you'd prefer a hassle free stay.

Pros: - I got a great deal, best value around (3N for *** total) - so, despite the negatives, the value was great at this price (vs. other hotels) - In Nadi Town - so, quite safe atmosphere with people around - 2 supermarkets short walk - 'RB Patel' + 'MaxValu' - Decent size room + strong A/C - No bed bugs! (many other hotels apparently have this problem in Fiji) based on other reviews) - Located just off the Queens Road (A major arterial road that circumnavigates the island) - Across the road from Mama's pizza ( considered a Fiji institution, and one of the best pizza's I have personally ever had!) Cons: - No free breakfast provided - Front desk did not reply to any emails before arrival (tried 3-4 times both directly and via Agoda) - "scantily clad" women sat on stools, some in towels, in the car park off the alley behind the hotel... providing massage services... - No water bottles in the room on arrival (despite, the heat + tourists strongly urged to avoid drinking tap water in Fiji) - Furniture is very old with the side table corner broken off, cream chair had lots of dark black stains and walls had patches on them - twenty FJD/hr to extend check out time (not complementary - despite being empty during my stay) - Deluxe room pictures did NOT match the room I received - WiFi died 3x, with no access for over 3h+ each time - 1 roll of toilet paper provided - No plates/bowls in the room - Rooms are next to a loud nightclub + v. busy intersection - Hotel is in Nadi town = nothing much to see/do - Not on the pick up path for the free complementary ferry buses - so you will need to pay for your own transfer or walk 35min at 630am to the "Fancy Hotel" (which is the closest pick up point that is on the free route) - Massage girls seem to have a reputation with the local taxi drivers who said "they are very... very.. naughty girls" - take that as you will....

Hello Customer Service , I would like to file a report on this Hotel we stayed just for 1 night but was booked for 4 nights . We could not stay at this hotel for the following reasons and I expect a credit for 3 nights we could not stay . 1. We could not sleep because of the music and very loud voices emanating from the nightclub on these premises . 2. Lift not working we explicitly asked for lift as Chand is not very good on her feet due to knee replacements and the room was 20 steps up the stairs as they don’t have rooms on ground level , we weren’t told about . 3. Seat of chair at the desk in room very dirty I have pics to prove it . 4. Wall panels on Wall near Bedhead were Loose and wiring to bed light exposed , also wiring near light switch exposed as the cover had falling off(safety issue ) 5. Floor in bathroom very dirty in corner and the toilet too close to the cabinet so you can’t sit on the toilet properly but have to sit almost sideways to sit properly (worse than a lavatory on an earoplane ) 6. No windows in room , only louvers that do not muffle the sounds coming from a very busy road and thus very noisy at ALL times . Photo’s included . We expect a refund of 3 days as we did not feel safe and this hotel is not upto standard . Kind Regards, ***

第一次住这么差的酒店，看图就知道环境有多糟。沙发皮面开裂剥落，座椅布满污渍，不知道会不会有传染病，设施老旧破败。楼下就是按摩店，时不时有黑妹带着客人进出，位置鱼龙混杂。窗户毫无隔音，左临马路、右靠酒吧，整夜嘈杂根本没法入睡。清晨前台空无一人，中国人开的店，感觉专门坑国内游客，千万别来！
