New hotel -2.5 km from Roiet tower & beautiful city park. Walking distance to grocery store, 7-Eleven , restaurants, night clubs, coffee shops. Friday night market next door. Basic rooms have comfortable beds, clean linens, good AC, many Thai channels on TV. Breakfast offers many choices ( Thai & Western-including bacon; salad bar, fruits, croissants….)

Pigeon infestation on the roof will keep you awake on the 4th floor.

It’s good for stay nice room

Room 402 Pros: • The hotel is within a 20-25 minutes walking proximity to a lot of interest things to see and do in Roi Et. • The breakfast buffet was quite nice. Cons (It is well understood this is a budget hotel, and thus the following cons may be non-issues for many travelers shopping in this price range. However, I think with some attention to upkeep/upgrades, this property could again achieve a quality budget status.): • The air conditioning could not be scaled properly. It was either full on freezer level cold or if turned off it required the staff to restart it. Either freeze or cook were the two options! Eventually, a technical staff person discovered that the remote temperature control device was broken but could be adjusted manually by opening up the device…who knew? We finally were able to achieve a comfortable climate at the very end of our stay! • Zero electrical outlets at the head of the bed. This is the most obvious oversight in designing and building a hotel. We had to borrow a lengthy power strip but still needed our own personal extension cord to reach a side table from one side of the room to the other. If a mini CPAP is something you need it’s a non functional room. Generally, the hotel needs updating given observations such as yellowed caulking to peeling paint to lots of dings and dents that make the property look very old and tired.
