레지던스 밀라노 비코카
Residence Milano Bicocca- 7.39명 평가
The location is quite far away from everything, and it was indicated nowhere that the check-in is in a commercial center. I followed the address received from the booking and it was not the correct place for the check-in. On arrival, I was asked to sign a tenancy agreement and paid a deposit of 250€, which was out of my expectation. There was a kitchen in the apartment but not any salt, pepper or oil, nor anything for cleaning the kitchen. I had to buy everything. Moreover, with a dirty kitchen, one would not take the deposit back; but at the same time, on the tenancy agreement, one pays the cleaning fee which is half of the rent, totally absud! The staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional in their way of communicating with clients, and it took so much time to get a reply on WhatsApp.

I book this Apartment online (Pay at Hotel) But when I reached at location to collect keys, then I found its not reception. But it's a shop in Bicocca Mall. Then they asked to pay advance of Euro 200 for 1 night by Credit card only. They were not accepting Euro 200 by Cash as well. It was totally a misslead to this Apartment. They are not good in behavior. They don't mention these all conditions on Booking page. I don't find it ethical.
