• Your comfort and the well-being of our property and neighbors are our top priorities. Please take note of the following house guidelines & rules. We appreciate your cooperation as per policies:

• 1. Check-In and Check-Out

• • Check-In Time is from 3.00 PM until 10.00 PM. Guests who arrive after 10.00 PM without prior notice will be marked as no show

• • Check-Out Time is by 12.00 PM. Late checkout beyond 12.00 PM will incur an additional charge of RM50/hour. If you check out after 2.00 PM, you may be charged for another night

• ** Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated upon request and availability

• 2. No Illegal Activities Allowed

• • Any illegal activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the house. We will take immediate action and report any illegal activities to Airbnb support, resulting in eviction without a refund

• • Strictly follow and abide by local laws and regulations

• 3. No Parties or Events Allowed

• • Strictly NO parties or events are permitted within the house. Failure to comply may result in eviction without a refund

• 4. No Pets Allowed

• • While pets are adorable, but unfortunately, our building is not pet-friendly. They are NOT allowed inside the building

• 5. No Smoking, Vaping or E-Cigarettes Allowed

• • Smoking, Vaping or E-Cigarettes inside the house is NOT allowed. Penalties of up to RM300 may apply for violations

• 6. No Durian or Mangosteen Allowed

• • Consuming Durian or Mangosteen inside the house is NOT allowed. Penalties of up to RM300 may apply for violations

• 7. Respect Neighbors

• • Please be considerate of our neighbors. Use common sense and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, especially after 10.00 PM

• 8. Accurate Guest Count

• • Please be honest about the number of guests staying in the house. Visitors are allowed until 10.00 PM only.

• 9. House Decorations or Furniture Arrangement

• • Any house decorations or furniture arrangement for any purposes, whether by guests or third parties are NOT allowed inside the house

• 10. Apartment Condition

• • Take care of the house as if it were your own home. An additional cleaning fees charge RM200 may apply if the house is left in poor or dirty condition. The dirty level of the house will judge by us

• • For guests who stay 4 days & above, cleaning service with charge of RM100 will be available upon request only

• 11. House Hygiene

• • Do NOT dispose of hygienic articles or items in the toilet bowl. Please throw your rubbish away at designated rubbish area (located at the same building level)

• 12. Pest Control

• • Keep the house pest-free by cleaning the electric stove, pan, oven, fridge, silverware, kettle and kitchen after used

• 13. Cooking

• • Only light cooking allow in the house and need to clean the kitchen after used

• • Please throw your rubbish away in a timely manner at designated rubbish area (located at the same building level)

• 14. Fire Hazards

• • Avoid lighting candles or using fireworks in and around the area. Guests are liable for any damage caused

• 15. Environmental Responsibility

• • Conserve energy by turning off lights, aircond and water heater switch when not in use. Be mindful of water usage, especially in areas prone to drought

• 16. Access Card

• • Safeguard the original access card. Please always keep your access card safe with you. If lost, will incur additional charge of RM300/card

• 17. House Safety & Security

• • Verify the house door is closed and locked before leaving the house

• • Do not disclose access codes to unauthorized individuals

• • In case of an emergency, contact local emergency services and inform us immediately

• 18. Belongings

• • Please ensure you returned any borrow items to their original places and gather your personal belongings upon checkout. We are not responsible for personal belonging lost items

• 19. Garbage Disposal

• • Please throw your rubbish away upon checkout at the designated rubbish area (located at the same building level)

• 20. House Cleanliness

• • Upon check out, we kindly request that you leave the house in a good condition and please maintain a clean and tidy living space. This includes washing any dished used and gather used towels in the toilet sink

• 21. Turn Off All Lights & Electronics

• • Before leaving the house upon check out, please turn off all lights and electronics devices including aircond, water heater switch, TVs, chargers and appliances

• 22. Damage Reporting

• • If you cause any damages, please report them immediately. We appreciate honesty and sincerity and will negotiate accordingly
