The homestay itself was okay, but unfortunately the experience after checkout was disappointing. We were asked to pay a RM500 deposit, and after checking out, we tried to contact the host regarding the deposit. However, the host has not been responding to our messages. I hope the host can improve communication with guests, especially when it comes to returning the deposit. Please make sure to clarify the deposit refund process before booking.
