I am very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Alankar Lodge Kharagpur. The actual room is completely different from the photos shown on Agoda. The condition of the room is very poor: - The room is very dirty. - The bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. - The washroom is not clean. - There are bugs/insects in the bed. - There is dampness on the walls. - The actual room is nowhere near the standard shown in the photos.

Horrible experience

How do Agoda being such a renound brand tie up with such lower 3 class hotel? Room was full of foul smell. They did not even changed the bed sheet and pillow cover. Now I don't leave other commends here. Understand nothing changed and I had to sleep entire night on my personal belongings as I check in at night 10.30 pm after my work and I had no option. Pillows are to dirty and smelly that even you will not dry your legs. And they did not even provided a towel after asking this also. Don't go to this hotel. Don't trust Agoda.
