SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
1. Security Deposit Requirement

The security deposit will be collected directly by the property via WhatsApp QR payment before check-in. Guests will receive the payment details and QR code through WhatsApp after making their reservation.
3. Purpose of Deposit
The deposit is held as a security deposit to cover any potential damage, loss, missing items, excessive mess, or violation of the property’s house rules during the stay.
4. Refund of Deposit
The security deposit is refundable provided that there is no damage, loss, missing property, excessive cleaning required, or violation of the house rules.
The property will inspect the room after check-out. If everything is in satisfactory condition, the deposit will be refunded on the same check-out date, by 11:00 PM.
5. Damage or Loss
If any damage, loss, missing items, or other charges are identified, the applicable amount may be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the deposit amount, the guest may be responsible for the remaining balance.
6. Check-In Requirement
Payment of the security deposit is a mandatory check-in requirement. Guests who do not wish to provide the required security deposit may not be granted access to the accommodation.
7. Guest Responsibility
By proceeding with the reservation and check-in, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the security deposit requirement and the property’s house rules.
