Modern King Suite on Swan Valley Doorstep

I specifically booked due to other reviews giving 10 out 10 for cleanliness as I suffer from allergies, unfortunately we did not recieve the same experience. As you walk in it smelt as if the windows and doors have stayed closed with a hint of cigarette smoke and feet. The bedding seemed like it was not in consideration, the bedding did not smell clean as if it had the same smell as the unit, the pillows were so thin when we wanted to use the extra ones provided they weren't clean. The extra blankets looked as it was thrown and not folded and and placed so unsure if it was clean. The toilet area had so much dust in the extractor fan so once switched on the dust dropped, window ledge and window had dust aswell. The table in the lounge area also had dust on it. I struggled with allergies from the dust. There was no coffee or slippers that apparently was part of the facility according to agoda. There was tea, sugar in a dirty Tupperware and random size 8 slops at the entrance of the shower. We really wanted to enjoy our stay and maybe the facility had an off day but we hope a little more attention to detail would go along way.
