Baan Pleng Pai - Craft Cottage

We spent the long holiday here last week, we stayed for 3 nights. It’s definitely worth every money you spent. Though the place is quite far from the center of Kanchanaburi but it is truly an escape to stay here like staying in your own vacation place in the countryside. First, the owners are really kind, thoughtful, and very warm. They are the best hosts we encountered by far. Neither my husband nor me speaks Thai but worries not, both of them speak English so well. The food was good especially the jam, the jam is the best I have tried. The rooms looks and smells so good and new. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The toilet is so good. The water pressure is really great, I really liked how strong the water pressure. The free drinks and foods daily were really a lot like we didn’t even consume all. The place has so much greenery. Their swimming pool looks like a real lake with fresh water in it. The bamboos really give a very dramatic and peaceful atmosphere. Also, they have pets there. It was a first time for me to see a siamese cat and she is so beautiful and of course the ginger cat. The dog is so sweet which is owned by their relatives who live across the accommodation. The dog always sent us off in the morning and welcomed us, and it slept on the porch at night like our personal security. I really hope this place will have more guests to accommodate, they truly deserve it. :)
