• Dear Guests,

• Please observe the following rules when using the room/apartment:

• 1. Check-in

• Please send photos of the Citizen ID cards (for Vietnamese citizens) or Passports and Visas (for foreign nationals) of all guests to the host upon check-in.

• - If information is not provided during self check-in, you are personally responsible for declaring your stay to the police in accordance with Vietnamese law.

• - The host will not accommodate foreign nationals who do not possess a valid visa. In the event of self check-in, you are required to proactively notify the host and check out.

• Fines for failing to declare your stay as required by the Vietnamese government are a minimum of 2,000,000 VND (for Vietnamese citizens) and a minimum of 3,000,000 VND (for foreign nationals with valid visas).

• Any instance of a foreign national checking in and staying without a valid visa—or without providing notification—constitutes an illegal stay and is not recognized by the host.

• 2. Number of Guests:

• Do not bring additional guests to stay in the apartment beyond the number agreed upon in the rental contract.

• - If adding guests within the permitted maximum limit, an additional fee of 150,000 VND per person per night applies.

• - If the number of guests exceeds the permitted maximum limit, the host will not accommodate the stay.

• 3. Pets:

• Do not bring pets into the apartment unless notified at the time of booking.

• - For units that allow pets, an additional fee of 100,000 VND per pet applies. - If the room does not permit pets, the Host will NOT allow check-in, and no refund will be issued.

• 4. Keys/Cards:

• Please keep room keys, access cards, and elevator cards safe throughout your stay and carry them with you when leaving the room.

• - If you leave without your key or card, you may have to wait outside until the Host can arrange for the door to be opened.

• - In the event of loss, please pay the replacement fee, which is a minimum of 200,000 VND per key or card.

• 5. Kitchen Area:

• - Please wash and clean all kitchenware and cookware after use.

• - Do not store strong-smelling items in the refrigerator; please ensure the refrigerator is left clean and tidy.

• If the kitchen is not cleaned, an additional cleaning fee of 200,000 VND will apply.

• 6. Moving Furniture:

• Do not move or rearrange the furniture in the room.

• If furniture is moved, a rearrangement fee of 200,000 VND will apply.

• 7. Smoking:

• Smoking is permitted only on balconies, rooftops, terraces, or other outdoor areas; please maintain cleanliness in these spaces.

• - Smoking inside the room may trigger the fire alarm system (if installed); you will be liable for any fines imposed by the building management and must compensate for any resulting damages.

• - Additionally, smoking inside the room incurs a cleaning and deodorizing fee of 300,000 VND.

• 8. Quiet Hours:

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please refrain from making noise that might disturb the rest of others.

• 9. Prohibited Items:

• Bringing weapons, explosives, flammable materials, banned substances, narcotics, contraband, or bulky goods and property into the apartment is strictly prohibited.

• 10. Important Reminders:

• Please turn off the lights when not in use (especially in the bathroom and balcony areas) and keep doors closed when the air conditioner is running.

• It is crucial to turn off all electrical appliances (except the refrigerator) when leaving the room. Leaving electrical devices on while the room is unoccupied poses a risk of fire or explosion, which could lead to unforeseen legal liabilities.
