Anaya villas resort is a lovely resort. with its friendly and happy staff. we got the room A which has a nice view of the beach front. on the other hand we had to request a fan since the airconditioner cant make the room cold. the small ref does not make our drinks cold. while showering the water runs out and back after 10 secs. the location is quite far from the center but it does not matter to us since we rented our motorcycle overall will definitely stay here again.

They have a great location beach-wise. It's just that it's far from the center so it would cost you relatively more on trimotor fare if you commute. Nevertheless, if you have a private car/motorcycle, I highly recommend this place since it has a really peaceful vibes where you can relax and enjoy the island on its serene side.

Overall, the staff and security guard were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated their hospitality. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively affected by excessive noise from a group of tourists who were having a team-building activity at night. Their music was extremely loud and could clearly be heard from our rooms and the beach area. We chose this place hoping to relax with our family, enjoy the sounds of nature and the waves, and spend some peaceful time together. I initially approached the management desk at the cafeteria and politely asked if they could request the group to lower the volume because the music was disturbing guests in their rooms. Unfortunately, there did not appear to be any action taken. I later approached a staff member who was walking in our direction and explained the situation again. Despite this, the noise continued. The most disappointing part happened when I moved to the far end of the beach to get away from the loud music and enjoy some quiet time. Instead, the group brought a portable speaker close to where I was sitting. I approached them politely and explained that we were also paying guests and simply wanted to enjoy our family time without being disturbed by loud music. They turned the music down temporarily, but only a few minutes later, they turned it up again while continuing to laugh and scream loudly. I understand that guests are allowed to enjoy themselves, but management should also consider the comfort and experience of **all guests**, not just one group. Paying guests should be able to enjoy the property peacefully, especially at night. We hope management can improve its handling of noise complaints and ensure that activities do not disturb other guests. A better balance between group activities and the comfort of other guests would make the experience much more enjoyable for families who come to relax and bond. We appreciate the kindness of the staff and security guard, but unfortunately, the lack of effective action regarding the noise significantly affected our family bonding experience.

Our stay at anaya was one of the best experience we have in Bantayan. Everything was beyond my expectation. The location might be little far from santa fe but that is the beauty of it, it has a true peaceful that we wanted to achieved.
