Caza Buena

シャワーのお湯が2日間出なかった。 又水量も小さい、写真は美しいが、現実は管理がされていません。小さいプールも管理がされていず、落ち葉と虫の死骸でひどいものです。ホテル周辺の環境も悪いです。

Caza Buena was actually my first choice when I saw their paid ad. The moment I saw the place, I immediately fell in love with it because it gave me that Santorini, Greece feeling! 🇬🇷🤍 I knew right away that I wanted to stay here. Before booking, I checked their ***s to make sure everything was legit—and yes, they definitely are! I was also able to chat with Ma’am ***, the owner, through their Facebook page. She was so kind, patient, and accommodating. I had A LOT of questions 😂, but she answered everything and even sent me their café menu. I really appreciated how responsive she was. Another plus: no corkage fee if you bring your own food! There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby, and they recommended Padeliver Alaminos if you want to have food delivered. When we arrived, everyone was so welcoming. We had a little confusion because although we booked through Agoda, our reservation came through ***, but they handled everything smoothly. We even ended up chatting with them about our Hundred Islands day tour, and they immediately accommodated us. Our room was very clean, fresh-smelling, and well-prepared. The bedsheets and pillowcases were freshly changed. We had a queen-size bed plus a single bed with a pull-out bed, so there was plenty of sleeping space. There’s no smart TV, but they have a Mandu projector that you can connect to and use for Netflix or other streaming services if you have your own account. Wi-Fi was also available, and the signal was strong. The room had racks and hangers, shampoo, body wash, hand wash, and clean towels. There was no dental kit or slippers, but that wasn’t a problem since we brought our own. The bathroom was clean, the water pressure was good, the bidet worked properly, and the water heater was great. Since we were the only guests that day, we were also lucky enough to enjoy some complimentary amenities! We had free use of the videoke in their dome room, where we also ate the dinner we ordered. We were also able to use the pool in their family room area for free. ❤️ They also provide free snacks for checked-in guests and unlimited drinking water from their water dispenser. One small detail that we really loved: their glasses, mugs, plates, and cutlery were covered with cling wrap. It may seem simple, but it gave us peace of mind knowing that everything we were going to use was clean and properly prepared. And breakfast at their café is only ₱90 for checked-in guests! 🥰 It was affordable and delicious—definitely worth it. Honestly, I now understand why they have such good reviews on Agoda and Google Maps. Our experience was just as good as what we read from other guests. Definitely a 10/10 for us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We really enjoyed our stay at Caza Buena, and I’m so happy that I chose this place.
