• If rent for weeding event /party /shooting/shoot Policy/ gathering more then 16 pax , even not stay overnight :

• sleeping arrangement : we may able to provide 5-6 extra floor mattress . need self arrange to sleep any additional guest

• All deco must remove and clear before the check out time or will be apply penalty

• Noice : Please lower down your volume after 10pm as it would disturb the neighborhood.

• Must take pictures all the wall and send to host before and after remove the deco and send to host or strictly forfeit the full deposit

• Parking car: in house 1 big or 2 small car and front of this house only car park cark 1 or 2 car , if you have more car, please park beside the road at this area but please strictly don't park your car in front of any other house or don't block the road

• 5)No Smoking inside the property.

• 7)No Sticker or Balloon Sticker in the property.

• 8)Additional cost for : Any Events, Weddings, Commercial Shoot & Shooting.

• 9)Do not park your car in front of any neighbour house.

• 10)Car park is very limited. Please contact host/co-host for car park assist.

• 11)Please off the air-condition & light every time you go out.
