We are a family of 5, all adults. And we found this place to be really amazing at the price point. It's cozy and has everything. We were pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen at the back, complete with cooking and eating utensils. There is a large refrigerator, stove, hot water kettle, rice cooker, microwave oven, knife, and pots and pans for cooking. The complimentary breakfast was amazing too. We weren't expecting this since it was not mentioned in the booking. But love it. Choices are good. I would recommend the Hungarian Sausage and the Shanghai Lumpia. Just a couple of small downsides. One is the floor was not too clean. They could have done a better job of cleaning the floor. But the bedsheets, blankets, pillows were all very clean. No issue there. CR is a bit dated. But everything works well. Water pressure is strong. Everything works. Lots of hooks everywhere to place our things. So many great things about this place. The additional folding table is great. We made good use of it when needed, and can fold it away when we need the space. The TV is very good size, plus it has Netflix. The wifi is good and no problem connecting to it. The check-in and check-out process are both very straightforward. Self check-in and check-out. Having our car parked right in front of the unit is also very convenient, especially because it was raining really hard during the 2 nights we stayed there. The AC in the room was cold enough. Plus there is an electric fan if more cooling is needed. There are many lights in the room so you can make it as bright as you want, or you can pick and choose the lights to make it cozy and romantic too. There is no "facilities" other than the room. So no gym or swimming pool. But it's located right across from a fitness gym, and there are many nearby restaurants. It's also a block or two away from Ayala Mall and Royal Subic supermarket. So everything is very convenient. The staff is very polite and attentive. Her name is Jas. We needed more blankets at 12:00 midnight, and she brought one to us even at that hour. She responds to requests very quickly. I highly recommend this place. We would probably come back more in the future whenever we visit Subic.

The unit is walking distance to Harbor Point, orange tricycle terminal, SBMA beach and many more. It was spacious enough for 4 persons, I think it can accomodate up to 6 persons. Breakfast is provided and you can walk to Uncle John's or Harbor Point for the rest of your meals but cooking is also an option since there are cookwares and a gas stove. There is also a refrigerator, along with other cooking appliances. Plates, bowls and utensils are also present. There is a smart TV, chess board and rubics cube for leisure. For toiletries, a towel and a guest kit was provided. There is also a hair blower, iron and ironing board. There are definite signs of wear and tear in the unit, it does not feel new or modern, but all in all, it was definitely a comfortable place to stay. Will be booking this unit again next time we visit Subic. Thank you.
