Review Unfortunately, my experience with this stay was very disappointing. The check-in time was stated as 3:00 PM, but when I arrived around 3:30 PM, I had not received any check-in instructions. When I contacted the host, I was told that the house was not cleaned yet and that I should wait until 5:00 PM. I was then asked to check whether the house was clean enough before the cleaner was sent. However, the house did not feel properly prepared for our stay. The water dispenser was dirty, the air-conditioning was not cold, and one of the rooms did not have air-conditioning. Because of the condition of the house, my family was not comfortable staying there, and we decided to leave the same day at around 10:30 PM instead of staying overnight. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially considering that we expected the property to be clean and ready at the stated check-in time. I hope the host will improve the cleanliness, maintenance and check-in communication for future guests.
