• 3세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• 1. Smoking is STRICTLY prohibited inside the property.

• 2. Prior permission is to be obtained for pets to be let into the property. .

• 3. drugs & other illegal substances are STRICTLY Prohibited.

• 4. As we are a family-run business working on a minimum margin basis - so any rules flouted or damage caused to the property will be claimed from the customer.

• 5. Commercial photography & Filming is permitted only after prior permission is obtained from the management. Having an agreement to pay ADDITIONAL charges with the association for such activities. Thus, the charges will be passed on to the customer. [Published prices are for residential stay only]

• 6. The maximum number of people allowed to visit and stay in the property is 8 for 3BHK. For every additional person visiting or staying, a flat fee of Rs 1000 will be charges per person.

• 7. It is mandatory to get the permission of management in prior for any kind of party’s and get togethers . A flat fine of Rs 10,000 will be imposed if not informed earlier.

• 8. Making loud noise or playing loud music is prohibited to avoid disturbance to the neighbors.

• Requesting you to abide by the rules and have a happy and pleasant stay.

• Please keep the swimming pool clean and do not make the water dirty, do not throw any waste or broken glass inside the pool.
