We stayed here for one day. An ideal location if u plan to visit Masonagudi or ooty during monsoon season. Good choice rather than staying in a conjested place like Ooty. It is near forest and full of greenary. The rooms are bigger than what is normally provided. U feel that u have plenty of space around. The rooms and property is well maintained. The village is surrounded by forest overlooking the mountains and mist adds to a very vibe.

Food options are limited, and you are at their mercy. You need to eat what they provide; no orders outside their fixed menu of limited items. Though the food is tasty, the limitations spoil your mood. The property manager, Mr. Valasrajan, appears new to the hospitality business. His body language and choice of words during conversation are absolutely unwelcoming to the guests. Example: I asked Can we order food to our room (Pakoda/evening snacks), he blatantly said 'NO' and the reason was that "the guests may wipe their hands on the door curtains and bed linens; hence, we do not provide food in the room." As if all guests are experiencing the hotel room experience for the first time in their life and they may act childishly and stain the room interior. There are many examples of this bad body language and behaviour.

Amazing location, food, staff. Food is like homemade. Too good. Dal thadka, chapathi, kerala meals, tea all good.
