The staff is very friendly. The room was nice and clean when we got here. We never were offered a room clean even though we stayed 6 nights, however we didn’t ask. They did not have a lot of clean drinking water for free after the usual one large blue jug per day that we emptied quickly. The location was great though. Any food or restaurant you wanted was right in the area. Right across from the market so you could buy any fresh produce you wanted. The primo store is just down the road to get ANYTHING you wanted. Also right across from the transport station so getting around is very easy. We also booked online and got a better deal than just showing up and paying for a room. With kids Age 13-1(5 kids in all) we enjoyed our stay. We did have to pay an extra php 200 per night for an extra floor mat but we fit in the family room great.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very accommodating. Though there were lacking facilities i side the room, I can still recommend it for short term stay. It is affordable and very accessible for transportation because it is located at the front of the city bus terminal

Shower was not functioning well and also the air conditioner. The guest were given an electric fan. Maybe they just let the guest transfer to other room with a functioning ac and shower.

Nice place of hotel. It's near the public market, convenient stores, and even malls around the city and the transportation terminal. Bed are fine, a lil dirt on their sheets but it's all good. Shower, has a heater but it's complicated to open, water takes time to flow into the shower. Toilet bowl fine, had a problem a lil bit when flushing but it's all good. Cold aircon, has a television. Overall, I would say that it's worth the price.

Recommended for low budget, minimum expectations have been met
