My friends and I always come back to this resort because their beach front is awesome and their staff are fun & friendly. This recent trip, we are especially happy that the taste of their food is back. When we went there on March, we were quite disappointed with how the taste of their food changed. We're glad they bounced back. Will definitely come back with my friends again and again.

PROS: - Excellent staff (very responsive, accommodating, and helpful even before check-in) - Fantastic view of the beach (just a few steps away from rooms) - Delicious food albeit on the more expensive side - Quiet place (no crowd and noise) - In-house dive shop that offers scuba diving courses CONS: - Location (far from action and downtown, no restaurants nearby) - Security: ANNOYING/PESKY GUESTS (couldn’t enjoy my stay as I spent most of my time holed in my room due to a few male guests who cannot respect privacy and this triggered my anxiety) - Food: Price in the menu is VAT exclusive - Tour: Management or arrangement is poor (no clear instructions or reminders, so many hidden or additional charges like the habal-habal/transpo fee) - Power interruption

The staff wasn't really friendly so it was surprised but overall service was not bad. The room was clean and equipped with hot cattle and water and was temperature was cool without turning on the air-condition. The pork avodo was excellent. I wanted to know even the recipes of Humba. They know hot to cook. I tried even more expensive pork avodo at another restaurant and it was terrible and I vomited all. I stayed here 3 days and moved to another hotel but I was regrete a lot. Chicken was too noisy but really want to visit again.

I love the view and the friendly staff here. However, I was a bit disappointed that since I was literally the only one who booked the 8-bed dorm room, I only got a fan (no aircon) and it was really hot inside. The staff told me they will only turn on the AC if there are at least 3, 4, or more people who booked it. Since I was alone, no AC. So I guess it's better to book the place with a group rather going solo to be sure that you can use the AC here. However, I still recommend the place because it's near the beach with a nice view. The food was good and there's Wi-Fi as well. Plus, I like how they have a boat that directly goes to Maya port—it was convenient.
