If you have to spend time in the City of Naga, this if a good place to stay. Extremely convenient for walking to down center, markets, shops, and boardwalk. There is no better option than this hotel. Spacious, clean, but lacks amenities, such as; in room phones, hand and face towels, electrical outlets for hair dryer, shower is a little odd, but overall it is still worth the price. If taste it a 3/5. More of a motel than hotel.

No enough parking...we got disturbed and have to take our car out everytime another guest needs to get out, same way as us, we have to wait and disturbed other guest to be able to get out
