I had to book around 11PM because there was a sudden brownout in our area. When we arrived in the place, the guard did not let us check-in because there is no front desk on duty during night time and he can only cater to the bookings that the front desk staff in the morning had endorsed to him. So we ended up looking for another hotel in the middle of the night. Then i got a text message that we were a "no-show" in that place and stated it will still deduct the payment on my card. Like what?!

This is unsuitable for westerners! The location is terrible, in a semi slum surrounded environment. The room is bare, no glasses, soap, water, coffee ,shampoo supplied. No place other than floor to place suitcases. The tv doesnt work. Our rooms were described as deluxe, yet my friends one had no windows, (no disclosure of that). The traffic noise was the worst ive EVER experienced in my life. All through the night. Had to ask for 1 towel each and 1 basic chair for the entire room, including balcony, (mine had one). This lacks all the basics one would expect from a typical budget hotel. Its just a bed, bathroom, aircon and wifi. Everything else you take for granted in a hotel room was absent. We even had to use all our cash paying for the rooms and deposits as they didnt allow paying online. Just a super badly run awful hotel. AVOID!

For reference, I stayed in Deluxe Twin Room for 1 night Pros: -Strong Wifi with many outlets -Strong data connection for smart -Spacious and clean room -with mini ref -continuous hot shower -guest kit (toothbrush, paste, soap,shampoo) -has laundry shop and rose pharmacy on the ground floor Cons: -Near the highway so it is noisy if you have work calls -They don't provide coffee and tissue -Only 1 mini trashbin was provided (placed in the cr) Overall, it was a great stay and a value for money. I only paid around 1K for the room because of agoda discounts. The wifi was great even for working. I was able to play mobile games without issue. The location is near the highway so it will be easy to go around the city, however, it is near a residential area so the nearest mall can be around 10-20 minute walk.

Clean place, location is ok. Staff on duty seems to be newly hired or a trainee and seems to not know what to do . Very strict about visitors policy. Visitors are not allowed but waiting area/ front desk has no enough chairs to accomodate the visitors and very hot since there's no aircon

It is a very simple room, but it has all what you need. Altough the room looks a bit better on the pictures. The staff was very friendly.
