Location wise, it was convenient. Ideal for big groups. We were 7 then. But it needs a lot of improvement like rhe bed mattress must be changed as you can feel the spring already, no hot and cold shower in the toilet and shower head needs to be changed. It’s broken. The bed is not sturdy. When you move it has a squeaky sound. The dining table keeps on swaying. Not solud enough to be used. We saw small cocroaches also and dust. The sofa beds are so dirty🥹 it needs cleaning. Flush in the toilet is not working. Aircon is so loud and dusty.🥹 Host is very responsive though. ☺️

  • 🍳 Avoid Cooking Strong-Smelling Foods inside the unit.

  • 🛋️ Please Do Not Move the Furniture or appliances.

  • 🍽️ Wash Used Dishes and keep the kitchen clean after use.

  • 🗑️ Dispose of Trash Properly in the designated garbage room.

  • 🔌 Turn Off Lights and Air-conditioning when leaving the unit.

  • 🚪 Always Lock the Door when leaving.

  • 🐾 Pets are welcome (small breeds only) with a ₱500 per night pet fee (maximum of 2 pets). Pets must wear diapers and be carried while in common areas.

  • 🙏 Any damages, excessive cleaning, or violation of house rules may result in additional charges.
