• Thank you for choosing to stay with us! To keep your stay pleasant, please observe the following rules:

• 1. Check - in time is 3PM.

• Check out time is 12 noon.

• Check out is STRICTLY 12NOON to give way for House Keeping and Disinfecting for future guest.

• 2. You are a self - cleaning through the duration of your stay and clean up the room at the end of it.

• Treat our home with RESPECT as if it's were your own.

• Observe cleanliness

• 3. Keep the unit clean. Wash the dishes and throw your garbage properly.

• Garbage CHUTES located beside UNIT 703

• 4. No Smoking in the unit at all times.

• 5. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Please refrain from excessive noise during these hours.

• 6. No parties or overnight guest are not allowed in the unit without approval from the hosts.

• 7. If you break, damage, or stain anything, let us know immediately. You may be charged for the major damages.

• 8. Please conserve energy and turn off the AirCon, lights, and all other appliances whenever they are not in use.

• 9. For safety purposes keep the unit locked whenever you leave.

• 10. No pets of any kind in the premises.

• 11. Return all keys to the front desk/Mailbox.

• 12. Unauthorized guests will be charged 600 per night. No unauthorized guests allowed in the unit.

• 13. We can accommodate up to 3 guests.

• If you book for 2 guests, there will be no additional charge.

• If you book for 3 guests, there will be an additional charge of ₱300 per guest per night.

• Failure to comply could result to removal in the property immediately without refund.

• Parking is not included in your booking and is not free of charge.

• However, we offer convenient parking options for your consideration:
