Tidy Up: While a full clean is not required, we ask that you: Place used towels in the bathtub or laundry basket. Dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Wash, dry, and put away any dishes you've used. Please do not strip the beds.

• 5. Property & Amenities Parking: Park only in the designated spot(s) provided. Do not block driveways or access roads. Conservation: We strive to be eco-friendly. Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and heating when you are not in the property.

• 6. Safety & Security No Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises. Secure the Property: Always lock all doors and windows when you leave the property. Fire Safety: The property is equipped with smoke detectors. Please do not disable them. No open flames (e.g., candles, incense) are permitted indoors. No Tampering with Cameras: For your privacy and security, we have an external security camera at the front door entrance and back door]. Tampering with this device is prohibited.

• 7. Damages & Incidents Accidents Happen: Please report any accidental damage or breakages (e.g., a broken glass, a stained towel) to us as soon as possible. We understand and typically do not charge for minor incidents that are reported. No Unauthorized Repairs: Please do not attempt to repair appliances or furniture yourself. Contact us immediately, and we will assist. Damage Charges: Guests will be held responsible for any significant damage to the property or its contents that occurs during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.
