한나스 가든 리조트 앤 이벤트 플레이스

I did recommend the place to relatives for future long weekend vacations. The only draw back is the food. Their was miscommunication regarding one of our orders, however three times the waiter came back to our table with different answers - but the last answer... "ippressure cooker pa ang baka" - hahaha... we weren't even ask for an order replacement for it, hence the food that were served was not enough.

The place is Good, Bedroom are nice, we had the whole place to ourselves cause no one is there aside from us. The Pool is Big and warm. The Staff were exceptional, Sir Jay and his team treat us so well and all of them were very generous and accommodating. BUT..... The Pool has a lot of sharp edges/corners, because of that most of the kids got a lot of bruises even us adults got some too. a lot of spot that's are unsafe that you cannot leave small children to have fun on their own. Before we left, sir Jay make sure to have my son's wound secured with bondage. Our Bedroom is Nice and Comfy, BUT...... the Lavatory pipes got spoiled and the Bathroom was flooded, end up we have to move out and change or in the owners thought is an "Upgrade" because it's a loft type. yeah it is spacious and has 2 Bedrooms, BUT it's smelly, Bathroom is one of our priority and what we are looking forward too in a staycation, but this so called "UPGRADE" which to us is not, is very Bad, the Room is smelly, the bathroom are old and smelly, the other room is smelly too. the only Good thing about this room is that it has a lot of BED, but do we do with so many Bed when where just 4 adults and 1 kid that will be sleeping there??? Also the Bed on the Mezzanine??? It's very Hard, my back Aches the next morning!!! Aside to the Pool there's supposedly other things to do there.... BUT.... the Game room is closed, because there's one company booked a conference and it has to be closed, so what we can do.. nothing right. BUT to me, it can be avoided, if they have really a proper FUNCTION ROOM aside to the receiving area and GAME Room which is part of their Amenities. and we're just Unlucky maybe that we booked together with some company... (meh) These things can still be improved! But the POOL must be prioritized because that's the main amenities of a "RESORT" it has to be safe for everyone specially for KIDS. Just Kudos to the Amazing Staff Sir Jay and Team, for their kindness and Hospitable attitude our stay somehow becomes bearable I would say. Lastly the Food was great too! Peace!

Location is a bit secluded and its a bit pricey for what you get but service is top-notch and the property is large. We were really lucky because we were the only ones checked in at the time but I can imagine it being busy when full. The place is also really pet friendly, we were pretty much able to keep our pet off leash and had her explore to her heart's content.

breakfast is tinipid i asked ng staff bakit wala na and he just said na naubos na daw (buffet pa naman at 8am lang that time) meron din sila pandesal pero wala kahit anong jam of spread na available very sad sa part nato naubusan mga anak ko since tulog pa sila nung kumain kami magasawa may mga dumarating din na iba pang guests and dismayado din sila

We were lucky we were the only ones checking in at the time but I can imagine the place being busy during peak season. The place was big and really pet friendly. We pretty much kept our pet off leash the time we were checked in.
