1. There will be Security Deposit of PHP 1,000.00 upon arrival refundable upon check out if no damages and violations. This will be given to the caretaker.
2. Main Guest must present his/her ID.
3. NO UNDECLARED GUEST.
PENALTY FOR UNDECLARED GUEST is PHP 1000 per guest per night.Infants as young as 1 month is counted.
4. There is a PHP 500.00 charge for lost keys.
5. PETS were allowed but with FEE.
PHP 300/PET/ NIGHT.KINDLY TELL US IN ADVANCE IF YOU WILL BRING YOUR PETS.
6. STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the unit.
You can smoke outside the unit.

7. No putting of any decorations to avoid damaging the walls,frames and ceilings.
8. Check in time: 2pm to 7pm Only
-Check out time: 12 nn
-Late check in after 6pm PHP200
-Late check out after 12nn PHP200 per hour if no guest booked after you.
-Early check in 200 per hour before 2pm if no guest booked before you.
-Early check out before 11am will be instructed self check out,security deposit will be deposited to your account after the unit has been check.
9. We will open the room for cleaning purposes in case the guest refuse to check out on the agreed time.
10. Please keep the ELECTRICITY OFF WHEN NOT IN USE.
11. Please TAKE CARE OF THE UNIT LIKE YOUR OWN HOME. Do not leave it in chaos.
12.Going with kids/pets? WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO PUT DIAPERS ON THEM, PEED/SOILED/ STAINED BEDDINGS,PILLOWS,BLANKETS,MATRESS WILL BE CHARGED PHP200/ITEM.
13. Excessive noise not allowed from 10pm to 7am in respect to our neighbors. ( Tagaytay Barangay Rule)

Weekend in Tagaytay
Budget friendly. Spacious room, complete kitchenwares and utensils. Place was so quiet you can sleep soundly in the night. Steep road going down the place though. If your car is lowered like ours, you might just walk and park on the streets. Otherwise all is good. Host was also very responsive to queries.

Needed a place to stay overnight so this was booked last minute. Good things: Easy transaction for last minute booking. Paid 200 pesos for late check in which was okay. Staff was nice. Accessible and near the main road, near convenience store as well. Netflix and wifi available. Comfortable couch. Cooking allowed. Could sleep 8 people. Good ventilation. Bad things: The place was located at a dead end street that was very dark and road was very steep and narrow. If you have some car issues with steep roads, better not book here because your engine might stall especially going up hill (almost 45 degree plane). The bathroom looked clean but the smell from the sewer/plumbing was overwhelming. Also the tub, where you need to shower, was a bit slippery. The light in the bedrooms was quite dim. The mattresses were worn out. When I laid on the bed, the mattress deflated and went from a 6inch to a 2 inch mattress. My back hurt when I woke up since we were sinking in the beds. Lastly, there was a large cockroach crawling on the bed which was a big no-no. Since the staff was nice, I will give this 2 stars, but I would've given it 1 star because of the cockroach, bathroom smell and the bed.
