• 2세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• GENERAL HOUSE RULES

• 1. Please consider the place as your own and take care of the place and its contents.

• 2. For your safety, only registered guests are allowed to check-in. No extra guests or visitors are allowed.

• 3. In consideration to the neighbors, please NO LOUD NOISE or MUSIC after 9 PM. You share a wall with the tenant in our other townhouse so please keep the noise to a minimum at any time.

• 4. The place is rented/leased out to the guest as per agoda guest/host agreement and must be used for residential purposes only. Strictly NO ILLEGAL activities and substances allowed.

• 5. To prevent bugs, insects, spillage, stains, etc., NO eating or drinking inside the bedrooms.

• 6. Return all plates, glass, cups, cooking vessels, and other items back its place CLEANED after use.

• 7. Please report in case of any breakage/damage to any of the items.

• 8. Please keep the place clean at all times. Please dispose of your garbage every day. Garbage bags and trash bins are provided in each room of the house. Please seal all the garbage bags before you check out.

• 9. NO LEFTOVERS POLICY. Please clear the refrigerator of any left-over food before check-out.

• 10. Please SWITCH OFF all electrical appliances (except the refrigerator) when not in use or when you leave the room. Please conserve energy. It’s good for the environment.

• 11. Guests who bring in their own electrical appliances (iron, electric fan, and other cooking appliances, etc) must inform us in advance.

• 12. Strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE the townhouse. Only outside of the house is allowed. Ensure that the windows closed so smoke won’t go in.

• 13. Please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

• 14. Please take care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Do not duplicate the key.

• 15. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Check-in is from 2 pm - 4 pm. Check-out is from 11 am - 12 pm.

• 16. Parties/events are strictly NOT allowed. Please observe local rules about this.

• 17. Note that this is NOT a hotel. Please CLEAN AS YOU GO. Cleaning materials are provided in the townhouse.

• RULES ON BRINGING PETS

• The following guidelines must be strictly observed.

• 1. Please inform us ahead of time if you will be bringing a pet (maximum of 2). Indicate your pet’s name and breed.

• 2. No pets allowed on the furniture. Please keep them off the bed, couch, tables, etc.

• 3. Please clean up after your pets. Peeing / pooping should be done outdoors and cleaned up afterward.

• FOR LONG-TERM GUESTS

• For guests staying for at least a week, please note the following:

• 1. Garbage pick-up is every Thursday of the week. Just hang your garbage bags at the gate.

• 2. Please keep all windows, doors, and the gate locked when you leave the house.
