This hotel is in a great location, near the central area of Rawai, but hidden down a quiet street. The pool is great, and grounds are well maintained. Breakfast quality was good, however you need to go to a restaurant down the street to get it- if you don’t have transportation, it could be a hot and not very enjoyable walk along a busy road. The room was spacious, and pool access was a nice feature. They charge per hour for late checkout, which is a bit of a shame, if the room is available, particularly after multiple night stays, this has dissuaded me from returning. I understand if the room isn’t available, but in this case it was and they were trying to charge extra to use it. The hotel could also consider changing to glass drinking bottles for the water provided in the room- Phuket is drowning in plastic, and this is an easy solutions that many hotels have adopted.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay here. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Huge flat screen smart TV. Lovely clean pool. Shops and other decent restaurants are a good 15 mins walk away but easy to get indrive or grab. Note that no front desk service available after 8pm. Suggest to owner to have drinking water available at front desk if needed after 8pm rather than getting stroppy about taking a bottle from the (unlocked) fridge 😀. Otherwise a great stay.

Everything are good, tv even comes with netflix! Only thing is the hot water temperature was so unstable, its fine if you prepared for cold shower othereise be prepared you need to step in and out the shower every 10 seconds when it starts getting too hot AND too cold(just me that i dont like cold shower even in 27c)

Very nice swim up pool, super friendly staff and pretty decent breakfast delivered to your room. We might have been a bit unlucky but our room did not have mesh curtains, only blackouts - so either you had full view of people in the pool or blacked out. Shower was also very finicky as water would go from scorching hot to cold and back all the time. WiFi could’ve been more stabil but was ok. If this place was slightly cheaper I would probably have been less picky about these small things but price should match what you get back slightly more. All in all a good stay!

Have to get a Grab or drive to main area of Rawai but close enough. Loved the direct access to the pool from the room and it is in a quiet, secluded area, a little hard to find without Google maps but away from the crowds.
