The triple room is spacious, and the bed is much bigger than I expected. The view is absolutely stunning if you get a room with a mountain view. But even if your room doesn’t have one, you can still walk around and find plenty of areas to enjoy the scenery. The staff are very helpful, and the food is exceptional. Of course, everyone has their own preferences, but for me, the food was really good. And of course, I have to mention my new-found friends—the two lovely dogs! 🐶🐶 The location is very convenient if you’re planning to visit Cat Cat Village. If you’re young and fit enough, you can even walk down to the village. However, it is quite far from Sapa town center, so keep that in mind. We didn’t finish our 3-night stay because I came with my elderly parents, and they weren’t comfortable with all the stairs, uphill paths, and walking around the area. But if I were traveling alone, I would definitely stay for more days if I could. Overall, we had a good stay. The place feels secluded and peaceful, which I really enjoyed. You can truly find peace here. There was no air conditioning in our room—I’m not sure about the other rooms—but honestly, you don’t really need it. The cool mountain air and nature are your AC. 🌿⛰️

my friend and i were able to sleep very soundly here. i believe this is the best value for money considering the landscape, surroundings, aesthetics, functionality, and the inclusions (breakfast). only downsides were the audible noise from the adjacent room, the visible stains on the sheets, and the layout of the bathroom. but this homestay is overall already good and rexommendable.

Will surely comeback to this homestay and will recommend to family and friends back to Manila. The staffs were so friendly. The place was so cozy and clean. Our room was so spacious. Their dogs were friendly. If you want a quiet and breath taking view to stay this homestay is for you. Please be kind to the owner and staffs if you stay to them. The breakfast usually start at 7:30, but since we will check out early they agree to gave us breakfast at 7am. I think it will take 15mins via grab to Sapa Center. Hoping to visit them again soon. Thank you for accommodating us, me and my husband yesterday. Kudos!

No issues at all. Beautiful views. The bed is on the harder side but it was nothing too bad. Hot water and clean towels. Would recommend!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room is clean and is complete with all the room necessities. They also offer free breakfast- probably one of the best meals we had in sapa. The staffs are also friendly, tho they are not fluent in english. Overall, it is cheap and really a good value for money.
