조호바루 시내의 빌라 (338m², 침실 5개, 프라이빗 욕실 4개)
Lumina Jacuzzi pool Villa by RR JBcity- 8.312명 평가
The apartment was generally clean and had some nice amenities. We especially appreciated the karaoke system and the children's playroom, which kept everyone entertained and made our stay more enjoyable. However, there were several areas that could be improved. The Level 1 bedroom had a strong stale, musky smell, likely due to poor ventilation. The air-conditioning unit was also leaking outside the apartment. The property lacked some thoughtful touches that would have made it feel more welcoming, such as providing facial tissues instead of only toilet paper. The water pressure throughout the apartment was quite weak, and the Level 2 bathroom shower was barely usable as only a few drops of water came out of the shower head. The jacuzzi also had dead bees floating on it but I guess it's inevitable since it's outdoor. Overall, the property has good potential and is suitable for families because of the entertainment facilities, but improvements to the ventilation, bathroom facilities, and small guest amenities would greatly enhance the experience. They also required 1000rm security deposit, which was quite a sum.

Honesty review
The homestay not as clean as on the pictures images, the water pressure on 2nd & 3rd level is super slow like a dripping water for shower and bidet. The jacuzzi is high in chlorine and caused my kids keep coughing after entering the jacuzzi. House got alot of fly.
