• We’re so happy to have you at our cozy 3BHK villa surrounded by trees, lawns, and peaceful green fields. Here’s everything you need for a smooth and comfortable stay.

• During Your Stay

• Please treat the villa with care, it’s our home, not a hotel ❤️

• Keep noise levels low after 10 PM; this is a peaceful residential area.

• Smoking is not allowed indoors.

• No pets are allowed.

• Electricity & Appliances

• Please switch off ACs, lights, fans, and geysers when not in use.

• The inverter backup supports lights, fans and wifi only. Do not plug in heavy devices during the power cut.

• If anything needs attention, just reach out and we'll sort it immediately.

• Kitchen Use

• The kitchen is all yours, utensils, induction, fridge, and microwave are available.

• Please segregate the dry and wet waste in different bins.

• Please clean up after cooking to prevent pests.

• Utensils need to be washed and placed, additionally you can request the housekeeping to do the utensils at an extra charge.

• 1 bottle of water is provided complimentary each day per guest.

• Outdoor Area

• Enjoy the private lawn and sit-out, perfect for morning chai or a slow Goan evening.

• Please avoid leaving food or trash outside overnight to prevent stray animals or pests.

• Beware of insects and snakes in the lawn, this is a village area and crawlers sometimes may seep through.

• Housekeeping

• Fresh towels and linen are provided before every check-in.

• Fresh towels and linen are provided on alternate days of the stay.

• For stays over 3 nights, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged (extra charge).

• Parking

• One car can be parked right in front of the villa.

• Please avoid blocking neighbouring driveways.
