• It's our pleasure to welcome you! To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, please help us by following these rules:

• 1. Only registered guests on the booking are allowed to stay overnight.

• 2. No parties, events or large gatherings without the host's consent.

• 3. Keep quiet from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM so as not to disturb the neighbors.

• 4. No smoking inside the house. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts in the designated place.

• 5. Do not use banned substances or commit illegal acts.

• 6. Maintain general cleanliness and take care of the villa's property as if it were your own.

• 7. Turn off lights, air conditioners, TVs and electrical devices when going out to save energy.

• 8. Do not arbitrarily move or disassemble furniture and equipment.

• 9. Please use the stove, washing machine, dryer, Bluetooth speaker, and other amenities according to the instructions.

• 10. The BBQ area is only to be used in the designated location; completely extinguish the charcoal/fire after use.

• 11. Children need adult supervision when using the bathtub, balcony and garden area.

• 12. Do not bring flammable or strong-smelling items into the villa.

• 13. In case of damage or loss of property, please notify us immediately so that we can assist in handling it.

• 14. Please sort and dispose of garbage in the designated place according to the villa's instructions.

• 15. When checking out, please lock the door, return the key to the correct location, and check that you haven't forgotten any personal belongings.

• 16. Security cameras are only installed in the outdoor area to ensure the safety of guests and property. There are no cameras in private spaces.

• 17. If you need assistance during your stay, please contact the host. We are always there to help you.
