Nothing special. But the downside is that it's all the time overcrowded. And if you're getting small room, which is on the first floor be ready for all the smell from the kitchen getting into your room.

Clean room and bathroom, solid wifi (I was working while there), kind and helpful staff, and they provide free water. It's close to the old town but you will need a scooter to go to the beaches on the other coast. Would definitely come back!

Good location right in Old Town area of Koh Lanta with lots of restaurants, cafes, some shopping and tour company to book island tours at cheaper rate since the pier is at Old Town itself. eg. Baht700 for 1 day snorkelling tour to 4-islands compared to Baht1,000 charged for same tour if booked from other areas in Koh Lanta. This guesthouse is like a small hostel with a kitchen and shared toilets/bathrooms. AC & fans in rooms. Towels, shampoo, bath soap provided in the shared bathroom. Not bad. Free drinking water is provided in the kitchen. The guesthouse is next to the seabed although you can't swim there.

Great location near the Old Town, superclean, modern and a place with a great easygoing vibe. The host is very chill and helpful. Shared shower and kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Highly recommended, when backpacking in Koh Lanta.

Great spot to stay with bright, clean rooms. Communal space is well maintained. Owners and staff were really helpful with good communication throughout. Would happily come back!
