Great budget hotel. The deluxe room was fabulous but we had to move to the family room after one night as we booked quite late. It’s a small resort which means all the rooms are close to the water. Every night there is a fire show. Food is good at the restaurant but service is very slow. They could do with some beach umbrellas as there is nowhere to get shade on the beach.

La chambre est délabré il y’a un trou au plafond qui a été formé par une fuite. Toute la chambre et le mobilier sont vieillissant et en mauvais état. Trace d’infiltration d’eau partout réparé parfois avec du tape. La structure de la fenêtre est rongé par les termites et donc il y a des troue par lesquels des insectes et même la chaleur peuvent entrée. La porte quand a elle présente un jour important lorsqu’elle est fermée. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas tout le temps. Les traces d’une ancienne installation de télévision est présente mais pas cette dernière. Dans la salle bain même constat des ancien distributeur à savon ont du être arraché du mur comme le prouve les trous. La pression de l’eau est correct mais pas d’eau chaude ( pas besoin mais je le précise ) La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Le personnel est sympathique

Kantiang Bay View Resort was incredible. Best location in Koh Lanta, the restaurant and bar were amazing too. The staff are incredible! Rooms situated so close to the beach, amazing water pressure, clean and well appointed. There is nice shade on the beach so perfect for the kids to play all day. The beach right in front has a few rocks but the resort cleans the upper beach and if you walk 100m down the beach there aren’t any so it wasn’t a problem for us at all. The bar has awesome music in the evening but the level is fine and they turn it right down around 10pm, my kids slept fine through it and it was a great vibe! The nightly fire show was a hit for my kids and they wanted to watch it every night. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Koh Lanta!!

Loved Katiang Bay, great beach and location, we had to rooms during our stay the first beautiful, one of the nicest we have been in, changed to family room after which was a little tired and the fridge was terrible but still clean and with great sea view. The restaurant and bar are a little slow in service but we were on holiday so didn’t matter.
