• 0세부터 2세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 3세부터 12세까지(아동): 반드시 간이침대를 사용해야 하며 해당 추가 요금이 부과됩니다.

• 13세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 1. Check-In/Check-Out:

• * Check-in time is at 15:00, and check-out is at 10:00. We can be flexible, but there will be a minimum charge of £50 for a maximum of 2 hours either side of the designated check-in & check-out times.

• 2. Smoking:

• * Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

• 3. Pets:

• * Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the premises.

• 4. Quiet Hours:

• * Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00. No loud music or disruptive behaviour during these hours.

• 5. Maximum Occupancy:

• * The maximum number of guests is 10. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional guests.

• 6. Parties and Events:

• * Parties and events are not allowed.

• 7. Cleanliness:

• * We take pride in providing a clean and tidy space. Please clean up after yourself, and follow the provided guidelines for garbage disposal.

• 8. Damages:

• * Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests will be held responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

• 9. Security:

• * Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when you leave the property. Please do not share access codes with unauthorised individuals.

• 10. Amenities:

• * Please use amenities (such as kitchen appliances, electronics, etc.) responsibly. Any missing or damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.

• 11. Parking:

• Parking is free of charge on the drive area at the front of the house.

• 12. Recycling:

• * Help us be eco-friendly! Please separate recyclables from regular trash and place them in the designated bins.

• *A security deposit of £200 GBP is required. This will be refunded within 5-10 days of check-out, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur.

• **This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbours are not disturbed**

• ***Guests are required to show a photo identification prior to check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.***

• ****Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.****
