• Important House Rules & Notes

• - No shoes inside the house. Kindly remove your shoes before entering to keep the home clean.

• - Smoking is not allowed indoors. You may smoke outside the house only.

• - No pets are allowed on the property.

• - Only light cooking is permitted (e.g., boiling). Heavy cooking, such as frying or stir-frying, is not allowed.

• - Do not iron on the bed. Please use the ironing board provided.

• - Always bring your access card, remote, and key with you when you leave the house.

• Parking Guidelines

• - Indoor parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• - Only one parking slot per reservation is allowed within the premises.

• - Additional vehicles must be parked around the neighborhood.

• - Parking is at your own risk.

• - Please be considerate of neighbors when parking on the street. 😊

• Water Pressure & Pump

• - If the water pressure is low, please ensure the water pump switch (located near the staircase) is turned on.

• - Kindly turn off the water pump before sleeping, as the motor can be quite noisy at night.

• We set this notice to always remind guest to have respect our neighbours.

• - Quiet Hours start at 11.00pm to 8.00am
