• บ้านพักของเราเป็นบ้านพักส่วนตัว ตกแต่งด้วยของสะสมและของเก่าจำนวนนึงช่วยระวังด้วยค่ะ เราไม่ใช่ full service resort แต่จะพยายามให้ความสะดวกสะบายกับท่านอย่างเต็มที่ คนดูแลบ้านจะมีหน้าที่มาเช็คอินและเช็คเอ๊าท์ให้กับท่าน ที่พักของเราไม่แพงเลย ขอความกรุณาแจ้งจำนวนแขกให้ตรงกับความเป็นจริงนะคะ เรารับแขกสูงสุดได้จำนวน 6 ท่าน เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 6 ขวบนอนกับผู้ใหญ๋ฟรีพบทีหลังว่ามีคนมามากกว่าที่แจ้งจองไว้ท่านจะต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเด็กเท่าผู้ใหญ่จำนวนท่านละ 1000 บาท หากเรามาพบว่าท่านมาเกินจำนวนที่จองไว้เรามีสิทธิ์ปฎิเสธการเข้าพักของท่านทั้งหมดโดยไม่คืนเงิน และแจ้งความข้อหาบุกรุก กรุณาแจ้งรายชื่อผู้เข้าพักกับเราทั้งหมดพร้อมบัตรประชาชนผู้เข้าพักหลัก 1 ท่าน

• Montira's Cottage is a vacation home rental. We are not a full service resort but we will do our best to make you comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our care giver will come when you check in and when check out. Please inform us the estimate time you will arrive. We will give you the key to the house. We only take 6 guests at the maximum. The cottage is specious and we keep if affordable. However there were some guests in the past that somehow put the less number of guests when they booked. If we found that there are more people show up we will charge 700 more per person or we have the right to reject your stay without giving you a refund. So please be honest with us.

• *ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้ที่ไม่ใช่แขกของที่พักเข้ามาใช้สถานที่โดยเด็ดขาด หากต้องการเพิ่มจำนวนแขกให้แจ้งล่วงหน้า Only registered guests are allowed.

• *ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในบ้านพัก Do not smoke inside the house. we have a big deck for you to sit and smoke outside.

• *ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้ามาภายในสถานที่ No pets allowed.

• *ห้ามใช้สถานที่จัดงานหรือจัดปาร์ตี้ No event or party allowed.

• *กรุณาอย่าหมูกะทะจากภายนอกมาทานในสถานที่ Korean BBQ (Mu Kata) is not allowed.

• *ห้ามทำสิ่งที่ผิดกฏหมายภายในสถานที่ Do not engaged illegal activities inside the property parameter.

• *รองเท้าภายในบ้าน Please do not wear shoes inside.

• *หากท่านทำข้าวของเครื่องใช้แตกเสียหายโปรดแจ้ง เราจะจัดการนำมาทดแทนหรือซ่อม If you break or damage something, please let us know and we will arrange for its replacement or repair

• *ปิดไฟและเครื่องทำความร้อน ก่อนออกจากบ้านทุกครั้ง Turn off lights or AC/Heater when not in use

• *ระวังอย่าต้มอาหารทิ้งไว้โดยไม่มีคนเฝ้า Please do not leave your food while cooking.

• *กรุณาช่วยกันรักษาธรรมชาติของหมู่บ้านแม่กำปิง โปรดแยกขยะตามกฏของหมู่บ้านโดยนำเศษอาหารใสกระป่องเศษอาหารสีน้ำตาลซึ่งทางแม่บ้านจะนำไปฝังกลบ ขยะที่รีไซเคิลได้ให้ใส่ถังขยะรีไซเคิลใสหน้าบ้าน ขยะอื่นให้ใส่ถังขยะปกติสีเขียว ก่อนออกจากที่พักให้ผูกปากถุงขยะเปียกให้เรียบร้อยแล้วนำมาวางที่หน้าบ้าน หากมีขยะอันตรายโปรดนำไปทิ้งที่เหมาะสม. Please help keep Mae Kampong clean. We have Food scrap bin. Our care taker will bring it to compose. For other garbage please put in the green bin in the kitchen and tie up the garbage bag and put it outside on the front deck. We do not throw away dangerous garbage and bring them to leave at a proper place.

• *กรุณาทำความสะอาดบ้านให้อยู่ในสภาพเหมือนตอนที่ท่านเข้ามา ทำความสะอาดเครื่องครัวเตาแก๊ส ล้างจานชามและอุปกรณ์ครัวที่ใช้งาน แล้วคว่ำในที่คว่ำจานให้แห้งก่อนเก็บเข้าที่หลังการใช้งาน หากท่านไม่สะดวกทำความสะอาดบ้านให้เรียบร้อยตามที่แจ้งไว้กรุณาแจ้ง เราจะเก็บค่าทำความสะอาดครั้งละ 300 บาท Please leave the house like when you check in. Before you leave please make sure all kitchen equipments and untencils are cleaned and put them back where they were. If you are not able to do that extra 300 bath cleaning fee will be applied.

• *กรุณาอย่าส่งเสียงดังหลัง 5 ทุ่ม Please keep your noice low after 11 pm.

• *หากมีเด็กเล็กกรุณาเปิดมุ้งลวดที่ประตูไว้แล้วปิดประตู เปิดหน้าต่างให้ลมเข้าแทนแทน เราไม่อยากคิดค่าใช้จ่ายกับท่านในกรณีที่มุ้งลวดขาดเพราะการให้ช่างขึ้นมาซ่อมมุ้งลวดราคาแพงมากและการถอดบานมุ้งลวดขนาดใหญ่ออกไปซ่อมก็เป็นเรื่อง ลำบากมาก หากมุ้งลวดขาด ค่าใช้จ่ายในการซ่อมบานละ 1000 บาท If you have small children. We recommend that you keep the door screen open and keep the door close. children tend to put their little hands through the screen when they open the door. It's expensive to call someone to come and fix a mosquito screen up in the mountain. It's also a hassle to bring a big screen panel down to san Kampang city to fix. We will need to charge you 1000 bath if the screen is damaged.

• *คืนกุญแจทุกครั้งก่อนเช็คเอ๊าท์ เราจะขออนุญาตเก็บค่ามัดจำค่ากุญแจ 200 บาท และจะคืนให้ท่าน We will collect 200 bath as a key deposit and return to you once you return the key

• * เรามีน้ำดื่มให้ท่านขนาด 1.5 ลิตรจำนวน 2 ขวดด้วยกัน we have two 1.5 litre bottles of water for you.
