Castle By The Sea

We stayed one night before a flight in November & it was cold & raining. The owner came to let us in as I think we were the only guests. She was very nice & helpful. Our room was clean & very large with a kitchen & dining table. This would be a great place for families to stay in summer for a week or so. Close to beach & restaurants but you can also cook meals to save money. Nice gardens for kids to play in & parents to relax.

Lovely place fairly convenient to the airport where either a taxi or the hotel shuttle can be used for transport but arrange it ahead. It was a very comfortable stay.

My mom, daughter and I had an awesome visit at the Castle. We stayed in the bungalow that was super cute and thought out. Many other reviews spoke about not enough time on the property so we did our best to get in early afternoon for a couple of hours on the grounds and it was well worth it. We then headed out to the beach which is a short walk or drive away, picked up last min groceries (olive oil of course) strolled, had a lovely dinner, visited the bakery to pick up something to go with our eventual expensive morning airport coffee and made our way back for a super early departure. Really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend everything about it.

Who has ever stayed in a castle? We Have! Very cool place fully fitted out. 10 minutes easy walk to beach strip. A must stay!

First of all, this is NOT a hotel. It’s a family-run guesthouse, and the location is extremely inconvenient. We booked two nights. There is no elevator, so don’t be fooled by the photos. If you have luggage, be prepared to carry your suitcases upstairs yourself. And， When I left, I left my Airpod at there，I text the person and she told me that if they found will keep it and contact me .However, I never received any message from her. When I called to ask about it, instead of helping me resolve the issue, the owner immediately started swearing at me and basically said, “Who fkk cares you lost your thing?”😂 And it didn’t stop there. A few hours later, I started receiving completely unprovoked insulting messages from a new WhatsApp number, apparently from the owner’s daughter and a man associated with the property. They even said that foreigners don’t deserve to travel here. Guys, you can decide for yourselves whether this is the kind of place you want to stay at. pos： Since your whole family added me on WhatsApp, sent me messages, and then immediately blocked 😂 Then let me respond is here, where everyone considering staying at your property can see it together: Your whole family behaves like a bunch of classless, begging trash. And you call yourselves Christians? Even Christ would scream in disbelief at how ridiculous your whole family is. 🖕🏿
