St. Thomas Bed and Breakfast

We chose this accommodation due to its close proximity to the Athens airport. It’s about a 15 minute taxi ride ( at 6:15 am) costing 25 euros flat rate. The host Aris was kind enough to book a taxi for us. The accommodation is very comfortable, homely and quaint. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking a very large, clean pool. We didn’t have breakfast there due to our early departure, but it is available for a small extra charge. There is a lovely taverna about 50 metres just down the road where we ate a very nice and reasonably priced dinner. Communication with the owner was effective to detail how to access our room prior to arriving. The property is located on a fairly quiet road, seemingly in the middle of nowhere , but it’s a nice property to stay as a couple.

Very friendly staff, very welcoming, but for the same price you can get a regular hotel with all the facilities and not feel like you got a room in someone’s basement.

Bathroom was moldy, room, bed, linen, pillows, bathroom, towels - all smelled of Clorox. Room was dusty. You can hear the cars all night. Poor service. Agoda - I’m requesting refund for my stay!!!!

My wife and I recently stayed for two nights at the St. Thomas Bed & Breakfast. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the level of quality, cleanliness, or service that we reasonably expected. The property appeared to be poorly maintained. In particular, the shower and shower curtain had visible black mold, as shown in the accompanying photographs. The bed was also very uncomfortable, and the sheets and bedding had an unpleasant odor, which significantly affected the quality of our stay. We were also disappointed with the service we received from the owner. When we asked whether breakfast would be provided, we were told, rather rudely, that we would not receive breakfast. Breakfast was one of the reasons we selected this property, as it was advertised as being included with our stay. Given the cleanliness and maintenance issues, the condition of the accommodations, and the service we received, we do not feel that the property provided the experience that was represented when we made our reservation. For these reasons, I am requesting a full refund for our two-night stay. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to receiving confirmation regarding the refund.
