• 0세부터 1세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 2세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• ✅Free parking is available within the premises

• ✅A security deposit of Php3,000 is mandatory and will be collected upon check-in. This security deposit will be fully reimbursed, provided that no damage was done to the property. Please treat the villa with the same care you would give your own home. Guests will be charged accordingly for broken items, loss or any damage to the property.

• ✅Due to the tranquil nature of the area, there are only a few stores nearby, so it's recommended to bring your own food or ready-to-cook meals.

• ✅For your own convenience, we have partnered with a food and van service provider. Shall you be interested to avail their services, we’ll provide you their contact details.

• ✅Bedroom and living area are both air-conditioned.

• ✅No smoking inside the villa. You may do so outside the villa with proper disposal of cigar butts. Penalty: Php2,000.

• ✅We’re happy to welcome your pets (with a charge of Php600 pet fee for every pet), but please note that pets are not allowed inside the bedroom or in the dipping pool. Kindly clean up after your pet throughout our property. Any damage they cause will result in a Php5,000 charge.

• ✅Secure your belongings and cars at all times. Do not leave any valuable items unattended. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
