• 0세부터 2세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 3세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• 1.No Smoking Inside the Villa. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and rooms. A ₱1,000 penalty will apply for violation. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

• 2. Stain & Damage Fee. Please take extra care to prevent staining our linens and using the amenities here at the villa. In case of any stain or damage, please refer to the charges below:

• 3. Kitchen Use & Clean-Up. You are welcome to use the kitchen. Kindly wash dishes and clean the cooking area after use to help maintain hygiene for the next guests.

• 4. Proper Garbage Disposal. Please make use of trash bins we have on the kitchen, common area and bathroom. Kindly avoid throwing tissue or foreign items into toilets.

• 5. Use of Amenities. Use of the mini pool, kayak, hammocks, and other amenities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

• 6. Fire Safety. No open flames, candles, portable stoves, or cooking appliances not provided by the villa are allowed. This is to ensure safety in a bamboo-integrated structure.

• 7. Power & Internet Interruptions. Due to our rural setting, occasional brownouts and signal interruptions may happen. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

• 8. Pets. Pets are allowed but please make sure you supervise and remain accountable towards them. Charges apply if the linen gets soiled (please refer to number 2).

• 9. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Fee. Check-out is at 12:00 Noon. A ₱50 per person, per hour fee applies for late check-outs without prior arrangement. Early check-in request should be communicated and approved in advance.

• 10. Visitors. Outside guests or visitors are not allowed unless approved by management. For security and insurance purposes, only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

• 11. Valuables. For your security, please avoid leaving valuable items such as jewelries, gadgets, cellphones, laptops and cash unattended. The villa cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss incurred.

• 12. Swimming & Kayak Guidelines

• • Please be reminded that Kanaway Eco Villa does not have a lifeguard on duty. Guests are responsible for their own safety while swimming or staying by the beach area.

• • Parents and guardians are required to closely supervise children at all times near the water.

• • Swimming and water activities are done at the guest’s own risk. Please be mindful of sea conditions, tides, and weather before entering the water.

• • The complimentary kayak is strictly for ONE PERSON ONLY per use. Using the kayak with more than one person may cause imbalance and put guests at risk.

• • Guests are encouraged to use proper safety precautions while kayaking and avoid going too far from shore.

• • Management will not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or loss resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
