• 2세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 1. Check-in time is at 3PM onwards and check-out time is at 12PM.

• 2. Late check out is subject to availability

• 3. Please reduce any loud noises especially after 7pm as this is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbours.

• 4. Please do not smoke inside the house. Please smoke at outside the house.

• 5. Kitchen facilities and accessories are for HALAL food only and must be cleaned up after use. Please understand that pork and beer/alcohol beverages are strictly prohibited inside the house.

• 6. Please keep the house clean and tidy. Feel like home and treat it like your home as well

• 7. Driveway can accommodate two cars. There is ample space at the front of the gate to accommodate about one more cars. Please park your car in orderly manner and not to obstruct neigbours.

• 8. Please remove your shoes when entering the house.

• 9. Please close all windows and doors before leaving the house for security.

• 10. RM100 penalty will be charged for each lost key.

• 11. Save the earth: please turn off electricity, air-conditioner, water heater and tap when not using.

• 12. Any breakage or damage of any equipment and / or furniture will be charged to the guest accordingly to the inventory price list.

• 13. Any illegal activities & vandalismin the common area will be reported to Police or authorized department.

• 14. No Pets are allowed during your stay in any of our accommodation.
