I have bood from Agoda and when I compared the rate it was 1400 offline and online my booking was close to 3000. On top of that the room size was quite small. Although I have paid for 3 people I had to adjust in a space of 2 people. Exhaust was not working. I was finding difficult to breathe because of some stinging odor in room. Pros : excellent service

Not as expected. highly priced with no facilities
We were on a pilgrimage tour and had multiple hotel stays during our journey. Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience we encountered. As we were traveling long distances during the day, we had to book this hotel at the last minute due to time constraints. The location of the hotel is convenient, situated about 1.5 km from the Vitthal Rakhumai Temple and within the city center. However, the property appears quite old and was undergoing renovation during our stay.We were offered a king-size bedroom, but the bed was very uncomfortable. The pricing was quite high considering the limited facilities provided.There was no complimentary breakfast. A chargeable breakfast from an outside restaurant was arranged only if requested for in-room dining. Additionally, the lift was not operational, which was inconvenient.Basic amenities were lacking — the soap dispenser was empty, and soap was provided in a small steel bowl in an unhygienic manner. No tissues were available in the room. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay, and the hotel did not meet basic expectations.

Stinky bathroom with no hot water in Dec month
Had an awful experience staying.. it started with not finding parking but room boy/attender was able find a little away slot.. Bathroom was stinking. Since we reached late, we were to wake up early to go for darshan at 4am.. didn't bother Wokeup at 3 to find that there is no hot water. The night duty guy came and wasted water for 10mins and said leave for 10 more minutes it will come.. didn't happen but since we had to go, we took cold water bath and went.. Came back and told the same to main manager.. he was like you should have asked..he behaved as though it was our issue!!
