Very disappointed. We stayed here a few months ago. Our booking was NOT a last minute reservation. However, when my husband and I arrived, the room given had 5+ small double/twin beds, even our booking was only triple room(available then at reservation). All the 5+ beds left little room to move around. We asked for another room with less beds and the answer was no. The kettle was very dirty and we couldn't make any hot water. We went upstairs, but the dining place was locked off and found no drinking fountain nor anyone around to help in the evening. The room was basic with minimum. Definitely don't think this place is for couples. It maybe good for students or large families wanting to stay in one room. It seems more catering for students. (on arrival we saw many backpacks allover on the floor at reception/entry. and they were there the next mooring, making the place kind of messy.)

The place was located 5 mins from city centre, the hosts were amazing, the place was clean with nice breakfast and round the clock snacks and coffee. Must go place. Loved the stay here

We had such a wonderful stay here! The place is run by a lovely family, and everyone was so warm and welcoming that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. And the breakfast… absolutely amazing! We honestly couldn’t stop eating because everything was so delicious. 😂 The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well cared for. The location was perfect for us too — close to Galway city centre, but also less than a 10-minute walk from Lidl, which was incredibly convenient. This was our very first experience in Ireland, and thanks to this lovely place and the wonderful people here, Ireland already feels warm and special to us. We’re leaving with such happy memories. Thank you so much for making our first days in Ireland so memorable. We would happily stay here again and absolutely recommend it! ❤️
