Generall, the entire space is nice, quite and clean. Staff is friendly, supportive. They assisted us for renting a bike while staying here. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this hotel to tourists. The bottled water inside the refrigerator is not free. Only one bottle of water per two guests is provided for free outside the refrigerator. Since the weather was very hot, we drank the cold water from the fridge and later found out that we had to pay for it. It was not a large amount of money, but the policy felt unnecessarily confusing and inconvenient. The biggest issue was transportation. It was extremely difficult to get a Grab from this location. We tried several times without success, and in the end, we had to pay two to three times the normal Grab fare just to leave the hotel and get around. We also tried to order food delivery, but the hotel was outside the delivery area on the apps we tried. The few options available required cash payment, so we were unable to use food delivery either. The room itself may be acceptable for a short stay, but the combination of transportation and food delivery difficulties makes this hotel very inconvenient for tourists without their own transportation. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to tourists.
