Great plus was the hot water heater for the shower. Most hotels don't have that. It could use better cleaning techniques as parts of the bathroom was still dirty. The shower head, water heater, grout edges, the sink, faucet, door knobs, light switches, even under the bed had hair balls floating out. Terrible design on the placement of the toilet paper. It got wet when taking a shower because shower curtain did not completely cover the toilet paper. The men's urinals need those urinal tablets to abate odors. The garden areas are nice but need refurbishments with anti-microbial paint. When I was there, there was a group of students that was OJT. I think the school should be banned and instructors re-trained as far as quality control means. As there are lists of improvements in training these young minds that is too numerous to list. Some of the signs could also use a 3 language versions in English, Tagalog and of course Bicol. Each room should have a emergency exit map with check in/out times as well as some overstay fees and rules. And have them laminated. There is also no phone/intercom system. No pest control as there are ants all over. Don't bring soda or food containing sweets in your room! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The view at the top is beautiful and awesome. The AC was powerful and kept my room nice and cool. Noise factor could use a lot of improvement. This hotel had the best published rates on Agoda. Unfortunately the front desk did not have a computer to confirm your reservation. So make sure you have your own phone or laptop to show your reservation. Despite all that I would still recommend this hotel.

We requested for twin beds for 2pax but got 1 double bed only. Luma na rin.

Design esthetics of the CR is terrible. Also it could use a QC to maintain cleanliness. The view from the top floor makes up for it. The AC performed very well. Elevator buttons malfunction often. Very low quantity switches will break.

During our second day, as I passed the hall way to go out, one of the housekeeping approached me that they will clean our room and I gave them permission. Then in the evening, as my partner asked me about her Rovina gold watch, it seems missing and we've been looking for it all over the room but we can't find it. As I posted it on my social media account, one citizen informed me that it's always happening to some of the guests. I hope you make action for this, the place is perfect tho but you need to improve the safety and protection of your guests. Thank you!
